​​Alicia's Authentic Mexican Food and Catering: Alicia’s Authentic Mexican Deli opened its doors January 2008. Alicia Gonzales, owner, has been cooking her specialty Mexican dishes for many years. Her homemade Mexican food is known all over the Lansing area. She specializes in various recipes, tamales, chicken and beef fajitas, and her famous chicken enchiladas and enchilada casseroles. Alicia has cooked traditional Mexican meals of Chicken Mole and Carne Guisada for many weddings, Quinceaneras and other occasions. Her unique Mexican salsa and pico de gallo are the most sought after recipes.In November 2012, Alicia's expanded to the building next door, this space can hold up to 75 persons. It is also available for meetings, parties and other events.

At the farmers market, Alicia's offers burritos, tamales, enchiladas, wet burritos, chips, pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, and queso.

Kolache Kitchen: CZECH PASTRIES AND MORE!! We are baking our hearts out using our moms and aunts recipes. Keeping the Czech Heritage alive. We are a small bakery with a big heart located at 107 W Mason St., MI. Happy Eating to all! At Bath Farmers Market we offer home made mustard, brats, pierogi, cabbage rolls, rohlickys, cream horns, and more!

Thimblewood Farm: Owned by Janet and Tom Gauthier and located in Laingsburg, MI. They raise chickens and have delicious pastured eggs and a lot of knowledge to share about how they do it! They also offer jams and jellies made with fruit grown on their farm or other local sources, following the Cottage Food Law.  They tap sugar maple trees on their farm and offer the syrup seasonally while supplies last. They also grow and dry herbs/teas for sale at the market.  Not to mention they offer hand made soaps, and catnip pillows as well as baked goods, seasonal produce, and perennial plants.

Toy Box Farms: Offers chemical free, naturally grown, non GMO produce grown on their farm in Durand, MI.  They also offer popcorn, gourds, dry edible beans, and honey from Millstream Farm.
